I began my education in the field of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Subsequently, I completed my master's and doctoral studies in Musicology at Istanbul Technical University.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Between 2016 and 2018, I conducted my postdoctoral research at the University of Manchester, where I had the opportunity to work with leading scholars in Relational Sociology and the Sociology of Music. I also served for many years as an Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Sociology at the University of Manchester.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I have taken part as a researcher in numerous projects funded by T\u00dcB\u0130TAK and the European Union. Between 2019 and 2022, I also served as a faculty member at \u00dcsk\u00fcdar University. Alongside my academic work, I released a solo album in 2008 and performed over 100 concerts across T\u00fcrkiye and Europe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I currently work as a Training Coordinator and Consultant at Nuvo Consulting, where I deliver trainings in leadership, change management, gender equality, communication, creative thinking, and digital culture. I also provide consulting services to executives and lead various research projects in these fields.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

My journey into the field of leadership began in 2017, when I was selected for the \u201cFuture Role Model Women Leaders\u201d project hosted by Ko\u00e7 University. I was later accepted into the Ontological Leadership program, developed over sixteen years by professors at Harvard University. Leadership is a remarkably broad field, yet the area that interests me most is self-leadership\u2014the ability to lead oneself. Today, this focus forms the foundation of my individual consulting work, my writing, and the corporate trainings I deliver. <\/span>
